The Foundation hosts an annual poker run that highlights significant structures around the Oklahoma City metro area. The poker run will feature various architectural works that are historic and architecturally significant. The purpose of the poker run is to showcase architecture in our state. The poker run includes five designated stops with a BBQ dinner and prizes at the 5th location. The 2012 Architectural Poker Run is set for Saturday, November 3.
We raffled off a 2021 Indian Scout 60 in October, at a Poker Run held by Ride Oklahoma Charities “ROC.” All proceeds went back to helping Hard Luck recover from a break in back in July. We also held our first ever Cornhole Fundraiser Tournament at Joe B. Barnes Regional Park in MWC, which was a success. Get your poker face ready Whether you are a serious poker player or a novice looking for a friendly game, we have a seat waiting just for you. Our private Poker Room features 26 tables and is located on an exclusive floor away from the hustle of the casino, with its own dedicated staff and guest services there to ensure you have an enjoyable.
KIDesign
KIDesign is an introduction to architecture and design in the world around us. 1st through 6th grade children will participate in various activities as they learn, create, and design their own projects with members of the local architectural community. KIDesign is held each April during Architecture Week.
OKLAHOMANMADE Architectural Photography Competition
The Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture hosts the OKLAHOMANMADE Architectural Photography Competition each spring. The competition highlights the beauty and diversity of the built environment in Oklahoma. The focus of the competition is on architecture or some element of the man-made environment. The subject matter is also required to be located in the State of Oklahoma. Entrants can enter under four categories: Category 1: Architects and Intern Architects, Category 2: Oklahoma Students, Category 3: General Public, and Category 4: Professional Photographers.

Be a part of the Transplant Games of America, a multi-sport festival event for individuals who have undergone life-saving transplant surgeries. Events are open to living donors, organ transplant recipients, bone marrow, corneal and tissue transplant recipients. Not just an athletic event, the Transplant Games exist to increase awareness of organ, eye and tissue donation while celebrating the lives of organ donors and recipients. 2020 Transplant Games Postponed The past couple of weeks have brought uncertainty and great concern. The COVID-19 virus has tremendously altered our nation, relationships and lives. Please know that you are an important part of our family and have been in our thoughts during these trying times. Our number one priority is your health and well-being, and with that objective in mind, we have decided to postpone the 2020 Transplant Games scheduled for July 17-22, 2020. We encourage all recipients of an organ, eye or tissue donation, living donor and donor friend or family members to join Team Oklahoma!
